Return Policy

At Chromastone, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

  • You contact us through the support page of Chromastone within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and accessories.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery

  • Items on clearance, sale, or marked β€œnon-returnable”

  • Personal use items (e.g., innerwear, skincare) due to hygiene reasons


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team on Chromastone with your order number, issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. If approved, we will provide you return instructions.

  3. Customers may need to ship the item back to a designated address (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).


4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is not in original condition.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider.

  • It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us through the support page of Chromastone.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (images or video). We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.
